14 GRE VPN
14.1 Overview
GRE (Generic Routing Encapsulation) tunnels encapsulate a wide variety of network layer
protocol packet types inside IP tunnels. A GRE tunnel serves as a virtual point-to-point link
between the LTE Device and another router over an IPv4 network. At the time of writing, the
L
TE Device only supports GRE tunneling in IPv4 networks.
14.2 The Setup Screen
Use this screen to view and manage GRE VPN tunnels. Click Security > GRE VPN to open
the following screen.
