If yes, no further action is
required.
If no, go to the next step.
Step 2 Restart the charger and
check whether the alarm is
cleared 1 minute later.
If yes, no further action is
required.
If no, replace the charger.

Critical The possible
causes are as
follows:
1. The
charging
cable is
damaged.
2. The PE
cable inside
the vehicle is
connected to
the power
cable.
Step 1 Check whether the
charging connector is inserted
into the charging port of the
vehicle.
If yes, go to the next step.
If no, replace the charger.
Step 2 Restart the charger, use
a simulator or another vehicle
for charging, and check whether
the alarm persists.
If yes, go to the next step.
If no, the vehicle is faulty.
Step 3 Check whether the
insulation layer of the charging
cable is damaged.
If yes, replace the charging
cable. If the alarm persists,
replace the charger.
If no, replace the charger.
