Problem EasyRise
™
shades only: Shades raise at different rates when the cord is
pulled.
Solution Depending on the size and weight of the shades, the clutch ratios may be
different. More cord travel is required with larger shades than with smaller
shades. This is completely normal, and not a defect of the product.
Problem The shade raises or lowers unevenly, or the bottom rail is uneven when
fully raised.
Solution
Check that the headrail is level. Level the headrail by shimming (not provided)
the installation brackets, if necessary.
Adjusting the Bottom Weight
Access the weight on the back of the bottom rail.
Push up on the weight clips to release.
Slide the weight in 1" increments, toward the side where fabric is gathering.
Lower the shade all the way and check that the bottom rail is level. Adjust the
weight until the fabric winds evenly and does not gather on either side.
After final adjustments, slide the weight clips back into place.
