Lift the body from the rear and tighten if necessary. * Inspect the magnet in the collision sensor pillar for looseness, twisting, or absence. Use Tools - Test - Sensors (shortcut 5-2-5) to check if magnets indicate a collision without contact. * Examine the collision sensor card and cabling for defects. Ensure the magnet is seated correctly and the mower indicates a collision without contact. * If the upper section cable harness is damaged, replace it.

Replace the charging plate if the N-value is below 100. * Poor contact between charging strips. Ensure the contact strips on the charging station are not jammed. Round off the charging strips on the Automower if necessary using emery cloth and lubricate with copper paste.
