9.5. Contact Lens
① Press Measurement Mode button ( ), and select Contact Lens
Measurement Mode ( ).
② Remove moist using a clean lens towel. Soft contact lens can tear up easily, and
remove moist with light touches before waiting 5 seconds for lens to recover its
curved shape.
③ Place the lens on the lens cap. The convex surface shall face the top.
④ Connect the measurement apparatus to the pinhole housing. Adjust two handles so
the cross mark on the screen is located on the center of the concentric circle. (option)
⑤ For consecutive measurement, press ‘START’ button ( ), and press
‘STOP’ button ( ) after few seconds.
Measurement duration can be set in User Set Up screen. Also, enabling
‘CONTACT REC’ function AUTO settings will eliminate the need to press ‘STOP’
button ( ) to stop consecutive measurement because it will stop
automatically after set duration.
