REMOVE HEAD RESTRAINTS
Before start-up, remove the head support strut installed for shipping purposes to secure the head to the base. Replace the
two 5/16 NC countersunk screws which fasten the wear-strip down.
INSTALLATION OF THE INFEED BASE
The shipping weight of the infeed is 3000 lb. The infeed can be lifted from the datum side by forklift as shown below.
