Install the arc voltage wires
Make the connections to the HSD power supply as shown below.
Put the wire ends through the strain relief, where shown, in the power supply.
Install the appropriate size fork terminal on the end of the negative (–) wire, and attach the wire to the terminal
strip, in the plasma interface assembly, labeled ELECTRODE.
Install the appropriate size fork terminal on the end of the positive (+) wire, and attach the wire to the terminal
strip, in the plasma interface assembly, labeled WORK.
Reinstall the panel on the power supply.
