 Disconnect any cables on the drive.
 Remove the screws.
 Pull out the diskette drive.
When removing a drive, install the new FRU in the same bay. Any of these
devices may be installed in any 5.25-in. bay:
 CD-ROM drive (if Multimedia model)
 5.25-in. diskette drive
 Dual 3.5-in. and 5.25-in. diskette drive
