Installing an optional ServeRAID adapter advanced feature key
Use this information to install an optional ServeRAID adapter advanced feature
key.
About this task
To install an optional ServeRAID adapter advanced feature key, complete the
following steps:
Procedure
1. Read the safety information that begins on “Safety” on page v and “Installation
guidelines” on page 43.
2. Turn off the server and peripheral devices and disconnect all power cords.
3. Remove the cover (see “Removing the cover” on page 51).
4. Align the upgrade key with the connector on the ServeRAID adapter and push
it into the connector until it is firmly seated.
