For Windows NT:
To start the ThinkPad Configuration program for Windows NT, do as
follows:

Click Start at the bottom corner of the screen.

Move the cursor to Settings; then click Control Panel.
The “Control Panel” window appears.

Double-click the ThinkPad Configuration icon.
The following window appears:

.1/ The One-Touch Setup buttons. Click one of these buttons to
set the system configuration.
.2/ The Power Mode buttons. Click one of these buttons to set
the power mode to High Performance mode, Automatic mode,
or Customized mode.
