Bad Bucket Calibration using the Manual Procedure (cont.)
• Bucket Sensor on dog bone:
• It’s not possible to use the manual procedure when the bucket Sensor is attached to the dog bone. Use the automatic procedure
instead.
Bad Tilt Calibration
• Left/Right tilt information is swapped:
• Tilt A & B got mixed up:
• The Sensors got assigned (paired) backwards
• The Sensors got put on the support plates backwards.
• The support plates got installed on the triangle holder backwards.
• The support plates got installed on the triangle mount with the wrong orientation.
• Bad accuracy:
• Re-check the bucket accuracy with the tilt functionality DISABLED:
• If bad, re-calibrate the bucket.
• If good, proceed to next.
• Re-check the AB measurement between the bucket pivot point and tilt rotational axis:
• Best to measure with the tilt axis perfectly horizontal as you may use a long spirit level to move the axis.
• Make sure to measure straight vertical, NOT diagonal.
• Be sure to check your unit length.
• Check to make sure the blade is horizontal AFTER the bucket was curled in the 35° – 55° range.
