Adjustment and replacement
Outer sill panel replace
Preliminary Operations:
Remove refit Front and rear doors
Front door lower hinge
Rear door hinges and checkstrap
Front seat, B pillar trims
Front and rear lower finisher trim
Door weatherstrips
Front seat belt
Pull back carpet
1 Prepare new part.
2 Cut at A pillar lower.
3 Cut at B pillar upper.
4 Cut at C pillar lower.
5 Cut out damaged part at A pillar lower and B pillar
upper, taking care not to cut reinforcement panel
and B pillar inner panel.
