Replacing the front of a front side member and
the front lower cross member
Preliminary operations
Remove
 front wing
 front panel
Prepare new part
1 Prepare new part by cutting (final cut), to
measurement shown.
2 Drill out spot weld, 8 mm for later plug welding.
3 Mark out and cut the front side member.
IMPORTANT DO NOT DESTROY THE INNER
REINFORCEMENT.
