Adjustment and replacement
13 Provisionally fit glass and check for correct fit
when correctly aligned mark with tape.
14 Cut tape on edge of glass and remove glass.
15 Using glass cleaner degrease glass along edge of
seal.
16 Prime glass along edge of seal.
17 Fit mastic cartridge and nozzle to mastic gun. Cut
nozzle guide to 10 mm and using the edge of the
seal as a guide apply a continuous bead of mastic
around the edge of the glass.
