Adjustment and replacement
12 Fit:
the front side member,
the lower cross member
the front wing inner panel upper closing panel
the front wing inner panel and the half front
panel
the plastic front panel.
13 Check the correct alignment of the attachment
points.
14 Mark out the final cut. Secure the assembly with
drive screws.
15 Remove:
the plastic front panel
the front wing inner panel and the half front
panel
the front wing inner panel upper closing panel
16 Finish the final cut.
Weld the front side member:
17 By interrupted beads of MIG or torch weld.
18 By spot welds.
