Cancellation can only be carried out for the most recently authorised purchase transaction.

Used when goods that have been paid for with a card are returned. Make sure you have an agreement with your acquirer to
process refunds.

Enter the amount on the customer’s receipt and press OK.
NOK = 100.00
Awaiting card
Ask the customer to insert/swipe the card or press the F4 key to enter the card
number manually.
APPROVED
If the product refund is authorised, the terminal display will show APPROVED
and print a receipt. Approved receipt corresponds to purchase receipt.
