6.3 Lane/3000
Lane/3000 is integrated with an ECR using either a USB cable, RS232 cable or Ethernet (not ECR). The USB cable must be
connected to a USB port on the ECR. An RS232 cable must also be connected to the COM port on the ECR.
NB: For RS232 integration, a minimum baud rate of 57600 is required.
USB drivers for integration with an ECR system can be downloaded from:
https://developer.ingenico.us/software-list/
6.3.1 Security
To prevent theft, it is important to x the integration cable to the back of the terminal using the accompanying M2.5x8
screws (2 of).
6.4 iSMP4
iSMP4 uses open Bluetooth or Wi-Fi integration to a host system that can either be a generic mobile ECR app or a custom-
er-specic set-up. Both Android and iOS are supported. An optional laser barcode reader enables scanning of items/QR
codes to the ECR app.
