2.4 Cooling Requirements
Cabinet Door Sheet Cooling Design
The MD800 is forcibly cooled by a built‑in fan. Therefore, an air inlet with an
appropriate size must be opened on the cabinet door sheet to ensure that enough
cooling air enters the cabinet. The air flows from bottom to top after being heated, so
the cabinet air inlet must be at least 50 mm lower than the air inlet of the drive unit,
as shown below.
