4.1 Electrical Peripherals
4.1.1 Fuse, Circuit Breaker, and Contactor
To meet the requirements of European safety standard EN 61800‑5‑1 and North
American safety standard UL61800‑5‑1, a fuse or circuit breaker must be connected
on the input side to prevent accidents caused by internal short circuits.
The following table lists the recommended fuses, contactors, and circuit breakers.

4.1.2 AC Input Reactor
The AC input reactor is an option used to suppress the harmonics in the input current.
In applications where strong suppression of harmonics is required, install an external
AC input reactor.
