2. Use a standard network cable to connect the EtherCAT RJ45 interface of H5U to the
EC IN port on the EtherCAT card of the AC drive.
Master and Slave Configuration
1. Run AutoShop. On the page displayed, click ""NNeeww PPrroojjeecctt"", confirm that the value
in the ""SSeerriieess aanndd mmooddeellss"" field is H5U, and then click ""OOKK"".
2. ClickInovance on the right of
, and then click the target AC drive, and
is displayed for EtherCAT configuration. Click InoMD800 and configure the process
parameters.
3. Click ""PPrroocceessss DDaattaa"" and select the slave station to be configured.
As shown in the preceding figure, Output is the process that PLC writes data to the
AC drive. Input is the process that the PLC reads data from the AC drive.
4. Set PDOs of input frequency and control word to their defaults.
The parameter of the output PDO must be converted according to the following
rules.

Groups F0 to FF: Convert the high bit F to 0 and then add 0X2000.
