Changing the PIN (password)
To change the PIN:
1 Press TiVo. The Home screen opens. Press S or T to select
Settings, then press X or SELECT.
2 Press S or T to highlight Parental Controls, then press X or
SELECT.
3 Press the number buttons to enter your four-digit PIN. The
Parental Controls screen opens.
4 Press S or T to highlight Change PIN, then press X or
SELECT. The Current PIN screen opens.
5 Press the number buttons to enter the current four-digit
PIN. If you forgot your PIN, enter 9999. The New PIN screen
opens.
6 Press the number buttons to enter the new four-digit PIN.
The Confirm PIN screen opens.
7 Press the number buttons to enter the new four-digit PIN
again. The Parental Controls screen opens.
Note
You can only change the PIN if you have set a PIN and
turned on Parental Controls.
