To connect to other devices or allow other devices to connect with your computer
1 Tap Start > Settings > Connections > Bluetooth > the Com Ports tab.
2 Tap New Outgoing Port to connection to a Bluetooth device.
3 Select the device to add.
4 Click Next.
5 Select a port from the Port drop-down list.
6 Check Secure Connection.
