Selecting Characters
Each key on the printer keyboard can generate multiple
characters. Press a key repeatedly to cycle through the options,
just like on a cellular phone.
Press 1 once to select 1, twice to select C, three times to select D,
or four times to select E.
For example, to type the text “pass”:
1 Press the ./- key until you see the understroke cursor in the
display.
2 Press the 5 key three times until “p” shows up in the display
and wait for the beep to confirm the character.
3 Press the 0 key once until “a” shows up in the display and wait
for the beep to confirm the character.
4 Press the 6 key three times until “s” shows up in the display
and wait for the beep to confirm the character.
5 Press the 6 key three times until “s” shows up in the display
and wait for the beep to confirm the character.
6 Press Enter to confirm your input field entry.
