Asofthisdate,theDepartmentofTransportationhasnot
approvedanytie-downsystemsfortransportationofa
userwhileinawheelchair,inamovingvehicleofany
type.ItisInvacare’spositionthatusersofwheelchairs
shouldbetransferredintoappropriateseatinginvehicles
fortransportationandusebemadeoftherestraintsmade
availablebytheautoindustry.Invacarecannotanddoes
notrecommendanywheelchairtransportationsystem.
TRBKTSincludesfourfactory-installedwheelchairtransport
brackets.
TRBKTSwheelchairmodelsandcongurationsmaynotbe
usedasavehicleseatandareidentiedbythefollowing
labelonthedevice:
