TheWarrantyisextendedonlytotheoriginalpurchaser
whopurchasestheproductnewandunusedfromInvacare
oraprovider.TheWarrantyisnotextendedtoanyother
personorentityandisnottransferableorassignableto
anysubsequentpurchaserorowner.Coverageunderthe
Warrantywillenduponanysuchsubsequentsaleorother
transferoftitletoanyotherperson.
TheWarrantydoesnotapplytoserialnumberedproductsif
theserialnumberhasbeenremovedordefaced,products
subjecttoneglect,abuse,accident,improperoperation,
maintenanceorstorage,commercialoreetuse,products
modiedwithoutInvacare'sexpresswrittenauthorization
(including,butnotlimitedto,modicationthroughtheuse
ofunauthorizedpartsorattachments),productsdamaged
byreasonofrepairsmadetoanycomponentwithout
Invacare'sexpresswrittenauthorization,ortoaproduct
damagedbycircumstancesbeyondInvacare'scontrol,and
suchevaluationwillbesolelydeterminedbyInvacare.
TheWarrantydoesnotapplytoproblemsarisingfrom
normalwearandtearorfailuretoadheretotheproduct
instructions.Achangeinoperatingnoise,particularly
relativetomotorsandgearboxesdoesnotconstitutea
failureordefectandwillnotberepairedorreplacedasall
productsareexpectedtoexhibitchangesinoperatingnoise
duetoaging.
