LED1 Handshaking indicator
It blinks at an interval of 1s after the expansion
card is properly connected to the control board.
It is on when the power is on.
LED3 Run indicator
It is on when the communication card
LED4 GPRS status indicator
It blinks fast (on for 64ms, off for 300ms) when
the GPRS connects to the network; it blinks
slowly (on for 64ms, off for 800ms) when the
GPRS does not register on the network.
It is on when the GPRS module is turned on.
