9.2 Performing the automatic cleaning procedure
The cleaning process starts automatically after a series of milling jobs have been completed
and takes about 4 minutes.
A special cleaning tool is required to carry out cleaning (included in the delivery).
Upon initial start up, the cleaning tool is inserted in the same way as a tool into the material
and tool changer and usually remains in the device.
For easy handling, the cleaning tool is placed into one of the tool holders. The second location
in the tool holder can not be used during this time.
The cleaning tool is inserted in the device (“Inserting the cleaning tool into the material
and tool changer”, page 47).
