NOTES
• Label all hydraulic hoses before disconnecting to
ensure correct installation.
• Plug hydraulic hoses after disconnecting to prevent
the loss of hydraulic oil.
6. Disconnect hose connector (4) from steering valve
port “L” (13).
7. Disconnect hose (5) from steering valve port “R” (9).
8. Disconnect hose (6) from steering valve port “P” (12).
9. Disconnect hose (7) from steering valve port “E” (10).
10. Disconnect hose (8) from steering valve port “T” (11).

11. Remove four socket-head screws (14) and lock
washers (15), and remove the steering column (16)
from the steering valve (21).
12. Remove four screws (17) and washers (18), and
remove the steering valve (21) and pad (20) from the
steering unit pivot bracket (19).
Installation Notes
• Install the steering valve by reversing the order of
removal.
• Check hydraulic oil level. Add oil as needed. (Refer to
“Safety, Operation, and Maintenance Manual” for
hydraulic oil specifications.)
