4. Remove four lock nuts (6), lock washers (7), screws
(8), and eight flat washers (9) from muffler (5) and
down pipe (10).

5. Support muffler (15).
6. Remove two lock nuts (11) and flat washers (12) from
U-bolt (13) and clamp (14) on each end of muffler
(15).
7. Remove muffler (15).

8. Remove gasket (17) from down pipe (16).

9. Remove four screws (20), lock washers (21), and flat
washers (22), and remove downpipe (23) and gasket
(19) from turbocharger (18) or exhaust manifold.
Installation Notes
• Install the muffler by reversing the order of removal.
• Install new gaskets during installation.
