  If the exhaust blower and convection fan on your Jamestown Pellet stove continue to run even after the On/Off switch is set to OFF: * Allow the stove to cool down for about 1.5 hours, as the blowers are designed to run until the stove cools completely. * If the stove has been cold for hours, check the Low Temperature Sensor (130F/54ºC) for continuity. Replace the sensor if it shows continuous continuity. * There may be improper wiring of internal components. Contact your dealer to check and correct the wiring according to the manual.

  If your Jamestown Pellet stove suddenly stops feeding fuel and the fire goes out, even though the indicator lights are normal: * Check if the Green Light is ON. If it's OFF, toggle the On/Off switch to Off then On. Press the Reset Button. If the green light does not illuminate, it is confirmed that the high limit switch has tripped. Check fuel feed rate on High and on Low. Increase the Convection Blower LOW SPEED setting. * The auger may be jammed. Empty the fuel hopper and check the auger for foreign objects, removing any that you find.

Consult the Owner's Manual for the wall thermostat. * The wall thermostat wiring may be faulty. Contact your Dealer for more detailed instructions. * Pellets may be tunneling inside the hopper. Clean the hopper and apply Teflon lubricant spray.
