3. Static Cutter Blade
Remove the needle plate and base.
Lower the needle bar to the lowest position.
Turn the handwheel toward you while pushing up the
link body

to engage the thread cutter blade

and
bring it under the static blade

.
Loosen the setscrews

and adjust the position of the
static cutter blade
e
so that the distance between the
center of the needle drop position
t
and the static
cutter blade
e
is 4 mm and the left edges of the
static blade and thread cutter blade are aligned.
Tighten the setscrews
r
. Attach the needle plate and
base.
