9. Hook Stopper Position
Remove the needle plate, base and feed dog.
Loosen the setscrew

and move the hook stopper

so that the center of the needle

is located between
the center of the hook stopper

and outer side of the
hook stopper spring

.
Tighten the setscrew
q
and attach the needle plate
and base.
