Adjusting X and Y Sensors
To adjust X and Y sensors:
1 Turn the power switch “ON”.
(The carriage is automatically set at initial position).
2 Turn the power switch “OFF” and then remove the
base unit.
3 Loosen Screw A and move the Y-Sensor fixing plate
to adjust the carriage position.
Turn the power switch “ON” again to check if the
Distance (Y) is 2.5 mm.
Tighten Screw (A) .
4 Loosen screw (B) and move the X-shield plate to
adjust the carriage position (X-1) and (X-2) .
Turn the power switch “ON” again to check if the
distance (X-1) is 69 mm and (X-2) is 2.5 mm.
5 Tighten Screw .
6. Attach the base.
