1- Machine must be turned off for any type of maintenance.
2- Observe the specification and amount of lubricant to be used on the machine.
Whenever you have to transport the machine for longer distances, when there is need for
using public roads, the transport must be done on truck or trailer.
To more safety, the machine must be fixed with rope on the truck.

1- The JF 2D is designed exclusively to disintegrate
grains and chop forage.
2- When supply the machine, never introduce the hands
into the feeding chute (1).
3- In order to obtain the maximum efficiency and quality
of chopped or designed material, maintain a constant
and uniform feeding.
4- To more security fasten the machine on a even and
rigid surface.
5- Never use the machine to chop tree branches or
another rigid material.
6- Never attempt to adjust or repair components with
the machine running.
7- Do not leave the machine in a place that can be
operated by children or not qualify people.
2.2- When operating the machine

8- The cover belt is not included with the machine when it leaves the factory without a motor
coupled, but its use is MANDATORY as safety NR12 (Item 12.38. Danger areas of the
machineries and equipments must have safety systems, characterized by fixed covers,
mobile covers and safety devices interconnected to ensure health protection and physical
integrity of workers) and NR31 (Item 31.12.12 the rural employer or similar are responsible to
maintain the security systems in perfect condition and operation, which the total or partial
withdrawal or neutralization of these systems which endanger the physical integrity of
workers considered serious and imminent risk).
