3.2- Operation
Sieves kit that come along with the machine
(see sieve chart on page 17)
The JF 2D Mill machine is a simple, strong and
versatible machine, designed to help you on diary
animal feed.
The machine offers two operation types:
A- Cereals mill: corn, sorghum, soybean etc.
For this function, use the grain chopper (1), lower outlet
(2) and one of 4 sieves (3). The cereals milling is
performed by hammers (4), that rotate on high speed.
B- Plants chopper for forage such as corn, grass
(elephant grass, napier) and sugar cane.
For this usage, to use the feeding nozzle (5), upper
outlet (6) and sealing rubber (7). The gring action
occurs by the knives (8) and counterknife (9).
