5.2- To operate the JF 2D as forage chopper
a) Loosen latch (1) and rising cover (2).
b) Remove the countercover (3).
c) Install lower sealing (12) under mill rotor, according
picture below.
d) IMPORTANT: Maintain bent plate (3) out, leaving
upper outlet open.
e) Close cover (2), rising and tighten latch (1).
f) Adjust the height and distance of the forage jet.
To do it, loosen the wing nut (4) and push the deflector
(5) upward on downward, according desired. Then,
retighten nuts (4).
As more raised is the deflector, more distant will be
throw the forage and vice versa.

operation with the machine off.
