7.6- Pulley alignment
If you purchased the machine with motor, the
pulleys (1 and 2) are aligned by the factory.
Do not forget to re-install the protective
covers. Never operate the machine
without it!
3º- Incorrect alignment: one of the axles is moved.
2º- Incorrect alignment: pulleys out-of-line.
1º- Proper alignment.
The correct alignment between the motor pulley (1) and
machine pulley (2) is fundamental for the good
performance and the long useful life of the belt (3).
a) Remove the cover (4) loosing the two nuts (5).
b) Loose (don`t remove) the four nuts (6) of the motor
fastening.
c) Displace the motor sideward according necessary
until the alignment is correct. See alignments
illustrations below.
d) Tighten nuts (6).
