“Excessive bead extraction force”
The message appears after the fifth consecutive
interruption. The blocked tool must be rearmed with the
lever. Check the conditions of the tyre and press the
MANUAL MODE key to continue.

Error 101
EEPROM not valid
“The Eprom data is not valid”
This error may be displayed only at machine start up if
the software detects an error in the saved data or if the
data is absent; (Call the Technical Assistance Service).

“Communication with motor control failed”
There is a communication failure with the Motor Control
Card; (Call the Technical Assistance Service).
Error 103

“Communication with solenoid valve control failed”
There is a communication failure with the Solenoid Valve
Interface Card; (Call the Technical Assistance Service).

LowerBB Motion
“Lower Bead Breaker Operation”
In automatic procedures, this error may be displayed
when the lower bead breaker starts but does not move,
or does not move smoothly; (Call the Technical
Assistance Service).

This error may be displayed when the lower bead
breaker is activated but moves in the opposite direction
to the required one; (Call the Technical Assistance

when the upper bead breaker starts but does not move,
