The displaying menu is different by the contract.
Online: When the Weather contract is enabled in the Smart Ship Viewer
Offline: When the Capt’s DOSCA service is enabled
Online/Offline: When the Smart Ship Viewer Weather contract and Capt’s DOSCA service
are enabled
When change the contract, a reboot is required to apply the setting to the NeCST.
After changing the contract, wait for a while and then restart.
It is changed range selecting mode.
