How to restart NeCST application on JRC J-Marine NeCST Car Navigation system?

  If the NeCST application is not operating, it may be because the application or processing unit has stopped. Try restarting the NeCST application. If that doesn't work, short-push the Power Button of the Display Processing Unit and the Data Processing Unit to restart them. As an alternative, you can press the Reset Button on both the Display Processing Unit and the Data Processing Unit. Another possible cause is that the NeCST service has stopped. In this case, start the Watcher app and tap the Start button of the NeCST service.

Additionally, confirm that the Web server of the data processing unit is activated by turning off all power supplies and turning them back on in the following order: 1. Data processing unit 2. Touch Panel Display unit 3. Display processing unit. If these steps don't work, communication settings may be incorrect and require adjustment by the distributor, or there may be an issue with the data processing unit requiring repair. Also, make sure that the GPS device is performing positioning.

  If the Touch Panel Display unit receives power but the screen remains blank, the display processing unit may not have been started; in this case, start the display processing unit. Alternatively, the graphic board of the display processing unit might be broken, so disconnect the DVI cable from the 4-branch cable and connect it to the main unit and also, ask your dealer for repair. Check the brightness level of the Touch Panel Display unit, and adjust it if it's set too low. If none of these steps work, the Touch Panel Display unit may be faulty, requiring repairs from the distributor.
