8.5 Replacement of Major Parts

Magnetron Replacement Procedure for Transmitter-Receiver Unit NTG-3230
(1) Loosen the four screws and remove the
cover.
The screws are slotted captive screws.
Use a flat-blade screwdriver.
(2) Remove the screws (six M4 screws) and
slide the modulator cover to the right to
remove it.
Loosen the four screws.
Loosen the six screws.
