RV2 Floating charge voltage adjustment control 26.2 V
RV3 Equalizing charge voltage adjustment control 29.4 V
RV4 Charging voltage adjustment control when BATT LOW TEMP detected 27.5 V
RV5 Charging voltage adjustment control when BATT HI TEMP detected 25.3 V
¾ RV2 Floating charge voltage adjustment control
Used when adjusting the floating charge voltage.
¾ RV3 Equalizing charge voltage adjustment control
Used when adjusting the equalizing charge voltage.
¾ RV4 Charging voltage adjustment control when BATT LOW TEMP detected
Used to adjust the higher charging voltage output to prevent insufficient charging when low
temperatures are detected on the battery.
Detecting low battery temperatures and adjusting charging voltage)
① Flip SW4 up to enable BATT HI/LOW TEMP input control.
② Short-circuit accessory terminal BATT LOW TEMP #11 (+) and #12 (-).
③ Adjust RV5 to the appropriate value. (Adjustment range: 26 to 28 V)
④ Disconnect the BATT LOW TEMP short, and connect the signal line of the thermal lead
switch used for low temperature detection on the battery to that terminal.
¾ RV5 Charging voltage adjustment control when BATT HI TEMP detected
Used to adjust the lower charging voltage output to control temperature increases when high
temperatures are detected on the battery.
Detecting high battery temperatures and adjusting charging voltage)
① Flip SW4 up to enable BATT HI/LOW TEMP input control.
② Short-circuit accessory terminal BATT HI TEMP #9 (+) and #10 (-).
③ Adjust RV4 to the appropriate value. (Adjustment range: 24 to 26 V)
④ Disconnect the BATT HI TEMP short, and connect the signal line of the thermal lead
switch used for high temperature detection on the battery to that terminal.
