Stac Tesng Mode
Each individual rep is zeroed by pressing the Enter buon at the beginning of the rep and ended by pressing
the Enter buon at the end of the repeon.
Stac tesng can be performed using either single or dual inclinometry protocols. Stac tesng means the
paent’s range of moon is measured in a stac posion. In Stac Tesng Mode, ROM is also only measured
for a single joint movement, such as single inclinometry elbow exion or dual inclinometry thoracic kyphosis.
To perform stac tests you must change into Stac Tesng Mode.
Dynamic Tesng Mode
Each TEST is zeroed on the rst repeon. Aer being zeroed on the rst rep, each rep is ended by pressing the
Enter buon again. This is similar to Stac Tesng Mode except that there is only one zero (at the beginning of
rep 1).
Using dual inclinometry in Dynamic Tesng Mode is the preferred method for measuring most spine ranges of
moon. Dynamic Tesng Mode measures movement pairs, such as cervical exion/extension, or le and right
cervical lateral exion. To perform Dynamic tests you must change into Dynamic Tesng Mode.
Dynamic tests can be performed using dual or single inclinometry. For dual inclinometry, the display provides
three measurements: movement of both sensors and Total Range of Moon. For single inclinometry, the
display only shows the Primary device’s movement. Dynamic Tesng Mode for dual or single inclinometry is
essenally the same.
Auto-rep mode:
Each TEST is zeroed on the rst repeon. Aer being zeroed on the rst rep, the inclinometer moves to some
max angle (greater than 10 degrees from zero), and then returns to within 10 degrees of the zero posion. The
maximum angle will automacally be stored and the next rep will start.
