Pollution Degree Definitions Pollution Degree 1: No pollution or only dry, non-conductive pollution
occurs. The pollution has no influence. Example: A clean room or
climate-controlled office environment.
Pollution Degree 2: Normally only dry non-conductive pollution occurs.
Occasionally a temporary conductivity caused by condensation may
occur. Example: General indoor environment.
Pollution Degree 3: Conductive pollution occurs, or dry, non-conductive
pollution occurs which becomes conductive due to condensation which
is expected. Example: Sheltered outdoor environment.
The Infiniium 90000A Series oscilloscopes are heavy and awkward for a single individual to
move. It is recommended that two people use the side handles to lift and carry the
oscilloscope.
