2 Using the Oscilloscope
Inputs and Outputs
On the Infiniium 90000A Series oscilloscopes, the Aux Trig input, Aux Out output,
and probe compensation terminal are located on the front of the oscilloscope. The
Trig Out output and 10 MHz Reference input and output are located on the back of
the oscilloscope. Their ratings are shown below:
Aux Trig -5 V to +5 V, 50 Ω impedance
Aux Out 0 V to 5 V, 50 Ω impedance
Probe compensation terminal 0 V to 5 V, 50 Ω impedance
Trig Out 0 V to 5 V, 50 Ω impedance
10 MHz In -5 dBm to +10 dBm, 50 Ω impedance
10 MHz Out -5 dBm to +10 dBm, 50 Ω impedance
