5 N777-C Instrument’s Front Panel Display
1Click on the Wavelength button. The on-screen numeric keypad will
appear. Use this keypad to enter the wavelength values.
2 Use the left (<<) or right (>>) arrow buttons to move the position of the
cursor pointer either to the left or right.
3 Use the (+) or (-) buttons to increase or decrease the wavelength value.
4 Once done, click on Done button.
5 The unit button is a toggle button. Click on this button to change the
unit. The allowed units for Wavelength are nm and THz. The allowed
units for Power are mW and dBm.
Wavelength Vs. Power Graph
The Control Instrument window displays the relationship between the
wavelength and power through a graph. The x-axis represents the
wavelength and the Y axis represents the power.
The white curve on the graph denotes the maximum power curve. Setting
an output power above the maximum power curve is indicated with EXP on
