Set the Phase Noise Offset

Set the maker frequency offset in phase noise measurement.

Optimize Phase Noise

Turns on/off the phase noise optimization function.
This is only
available when SPAN is set less than 50 MHz.

Read Phase Noise

Reads the phase noise value.
