Repairing a Damaged Ribbon
1. Open the front of the printer.
a. Press the release button.
b. Pull the front of the printer forward until it stops.
2. Open the top door of the printer.
3. Pull up on the handle to remove the ribbon cassette. Support
the cassette with two hands.
4. Place the cassette on a flat surface.
5. Cut off any damaged areas of the ribbon.
