⑪《Current Pieces》:Processed pieces of the wire.During processing, number of the《Current
Pieces》(processed pieces) is increasing every second.
When you want to clear the displayed number to “0”, press 《Current
Pieces》 [SET].
⑫⑬《Batch Pieces》《Sec》:Number of bundles For example, you can set this when you need 20
bundles of 50pieces totaling 1000 pieces.
《Setting Pieces》 [1][0][0][0][SET]
《Butch Pieces》 [5][0][SET]
・Each time the set number of batch pieces is completed, the device stops automatically.
When it stops, press [START] to process the number of batch pieces again.
As the processing proceeds, the display indicates the counter as follows:
1/ 50 ・・・ 2/ 50 ・・・ 3/ 50
・When you want to stop batch processing, press 《Batch Pieces》[0][SET] to cancel.
⑬ 《Batch pieces 》《Sec.》:By inputting the time, you can set the automatically start of the
batching. After processing the specified number of pieces, the unit stops for the setting time
length and then, the unit resume the same process automatically.
⑭《Thick Wire》 mode:Just after full stripping process, [Cutting after stripping](P.25-⑭) or
another process will add to this mode. The sift down has additional
motion that returns wire to the guide pipe entrance direction for
smoothly sift down. Moreover , it has some extra time to return from sift
down position to processing position, the end of processing wire and the
front of next wire won’t interfere.
The definition of thick wire hasn’t been clear yet, we recommend to use thick mode that if
full stripping insulation get stuck between guide pipe and blade or if some interference
block next motion. ※If you cancel the 《Thick Wire》 mode , the [Cutting after stripping]
won’t be canceled.
⑮《Wire Sensor》: Setting of the detection of the wire (presence of the wire) with the left roller
gap. If the roller gap adjusted correctly (Reference P.11-4), during continuous
production the unit will stop due to wire sensor detection of use out of material
wire.
⑯《AWG/sq》:It shows the selection screen for processing wire core diameter AWG(American
wire gauge / #) or sq (Square). If a specific AWG or sq size is known, approximate
numerical figure for the core diameter will be called up automatically.
