5 Operation
Removing an attachment from a EURO quickhitch facility
The locked attachment is secured against unintentional actuation of
switch 82. It can only be unlocked from the quickhitch by means of the
two-hand controls.
WARNING
The attachment can tip over after lowering it to the ground!
Can cause serious injury or death.
Uncouple all flexible lines from the attachment.
Lower the attachment on level ground and ensure it cannot tip over.
Information
The setting down occurs in the same way as with the VOLVO quickhitch
facility see “Removing an attachment from a VOLVO quickhitch facility”
on page 5-65.
Information
If the attachment is placed in direct sunlight after having been taken off,
the oil in the hydraulic cylinders will warm up. This leads to a pressure
increase in the hydraulic cylinders that will make it difficult to attach the
hydraulic lines to the hydraulic connections.
Set down the attachment out of the sun.
